Chili Cheese

1 pound regular cheddar cheese, grated 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 t. salt 1 t. chili powder

Mix and refrigerate ingredients. Before using, remove from refrigerator and soften until spreadable. spread on triscuits. Put under broiler for just long enough to bubble a little serving at once. Source: Johnny and Edith Smith
