  1. Combine water and rice in 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stir once or twice.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  4. Add Cheese, eggs, and chili seasoning mix.
  5. Cool mixture to room temperature.
  6. Shape rice mixture into 2x1/2-inch sticks.
  7. Roll in bread crumbs.
  8. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
  9. Deep-fry sticks in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
  10. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  11. Serve with Taco Sauce.
