Description

Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 12-ounce package frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 16-ounce can chili without beans
  • 1 15-ounce can kidney or pinto beans
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 5 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Combine onion and frankfurters in 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes.
