chili Keelis Mexican Casserole

  • 1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Lb. Diced Mexican Sausage (more if You Like)

ripe olives to Taste

  • 1 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, Mashed
  • 1 Can (14 Oz) Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 Can tomato Sauce (8 Oz)

thyme to Taste

Yellow Cheese, Grated

  • 6 Tortillas

Saut? Meat, Onion, garlic, And Until Lightly Browned. Add Sauces And Seasonings. in a Large Greased Casserole Make a Layer of Tortillas, Then a Layer of Cheese, Then a Layer of Meat Mixture. Repeat Until All Ingredients Are Used. Bake at 375 Until bubbly, About 30 Minutes. Serve With sour cream. Served With a Green Salad, With Light oil Dressing, This Makes a Delicious meal.
