  1. Preheat oven to 300 °F.
  2. Spray 9 x 11-inch jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place shredded Wheat in baking pan.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour over cereal and toss gently to cover all surfaces.
  6. Arrange in a single layer.
  7. Bake approximately 40 minutes, or until dry, stirring every 10 minutes.
  8. Cool and store in airtight container.
