- 2 Cups pickled beets, sliced
- 1½ Cups frozen raspberries
- 1 Cup potato, cooked
- 2 Cups water
- 2 Teaspoons pepper
- 1 Teaspoon orange zest
- 1 Teaspoon salt

- Purée all ingredients together
- Chill and serve.
