Chilled Hot Chocolate

4 envelopes (1 oz. each) instant hot cocoa mix (1/2 cup total) 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 1/2 cups half and half 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

In blender, dissolve the hot cocoa mix in the warm water. Add the half and half and ice cream and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve at once. Note: Even though this is served cold, you can still top each serving with a few miniature marshmallows if you'd like. Source: Mr. Food
