This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corrigan Estate in Justin, Texas in 1992.

  1. Wash broccoli and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onion until golden.
  3. Add broccoli and cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and sugar.
  5. Blend cornstarch and chicken stock then add to broccoli mixture.
  6. Cook over high heat for 1 minute stirring constantly until thickened.
