  1. Bring 4 cups water to boil in saucepan.
  2. Drop in asparagus.
  3. Boil 1 minute.
  4. Drain.
  5. Rinse with cold water.
  6. Mix next four ingredients in bowl.
  7. Pour over the asparagus.
  8. Note: the dressing may be kept in covered jar in the refrigerator for about a week.
