  1. Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, white wine, cranberry sauce, garlic salt, five spice powder and food colouring together in a bowl with the ribs and let them sit for 1 hour
  2. Roast ribs for ½ hour in a 350 °F oven.
  3. Add the sauce and cook for another ½ hour
