Ingredients[]
- 1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
- 5 ounces amarettini cookies
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions[]
1 - Heat over to 350 degrees
2 - toast almonds for 6– 9 minutes
3 - crush cookies and spriklen with rum. Add almons and chocolate
4 - Add brandy and cream. mix whipped cream with cookie mix. freeze and serve.
