"An excellent way to use up that leftover cabbage from the garden." Original recipe yield: 6 servings.

  1. Fry the noodles with brown butter, in a skillet.
  2. Add the almonds and sesame seeds.
  3. Add the seasonings, cabbage and onions to the noddles.
  4. Mix the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar together.
  5. Pour on the salad and serve.
