This is a traditional [[Glutinous rice|Chinese sweet rice]] recipe that is usually served for the Chinese New Year.   1. Add rice to water and allow to sit for 1 hour.
  2. Steam rice for 20 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms to hot water for 30 minutes, slice mushrooms thinly
  4. Add oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, sugar, red wine, and soy sauce.
  5. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  6. Steam mushrooms and sausages 15 – 20 minutes.
  7. Add shrimp and cook for 2 – 3 minutes in boiling oil.
  8. Add onions pork, and chestnuts, cook for another 3 minutes.
