- 3 KILOS OF MAIZ flour
- 1/4 KILO OF FAT
- 6 eggs
- water Or milk IF IT IS NECESSARY
- 1/2 KILO OF Cheese

- Mescla the fat with eggs and a spurt of milk or water with a little maize flour; bat with the hand and soon is added the maize and it is kneaded until having a compact cream. A part of the mass in an asadera covered with banana tree leaves or jaguarundi is placed. The filling is added and it is covered with another part of the mass; one cooks more or less in furnace by space of 45 minutes. Also elements can be used such to do chipa kesu, but it fills up with Cheese.
