CHIPOTLE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982. 8 ounce package cream cheese softened 8 ounce package farmer cheese softened 1/2 pint yogurt 1 clove garlic 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped 3 spring onions with tops chopped 3 tablespoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
