  1. Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of a 7-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Position knife blade in food processor bowl
  4. Add cream cheese and the next 7 ingredients, processing until smooth.
  5. Add egg and process just until blended.
  6. Fold in chocolate morsels.
  7. Slowly pour mixture over crumbs in pan.
  8. Bake at 300°F for 65 to 70 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  9. Let cool in pan on a wire rack.
  10. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs.
  11. Remove sides of pan, and transfer cheesecake to a serving platter.
  12. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired.
