  1. In saucepan, heat 2 cups milk and the cinnamon until hot.
  2. In another pan, mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
  3. Blend in remaining ¾ cup of milk; add hot milk.
  4. Over medium low-heat, stir until boiling.
  5. Over low heat, cook 1 minutes stirring constantly.
  6. Pour into dishes, chill.
