Chocolate Cafe au Lait

2 cups hot brewed coffee Chocolate dotted cream (recipe follows) Chocolate curls (optional)

Pour coffee into 4 cups. Pipe or spoon chocolate dotted cream over coffee in each. top with chocolate curls, if desired. Makes 4 (6 oz) servings Chocolate dotted cream: In small mixer bowl, beat 1/2 cup whipping cream, 2 T. sugar and 1 t. vanilla with mixer on low speed until soft peaks form. Fold in 1 oz. German sweet chocolate, grated. Makes about 2 cups. Source: Unknown
