  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat shortening and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in baking soda, salt and soy flour.
  5. Add all purpose flour gradually along with soymilk and vanilla.
  6. Stir in soynuts and chocolate morsels.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool 1 minute and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
