Chocolate Cinnamon Bread Pudding

6 cups cubed Pepperidge farm cinnamon swirl bread 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces or raisins 2 1/2 cups milk 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 t. vanilla Sweetened whipped cream, optional

In greased 2 quart shallow baking dish, place bread cubes. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Mix milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread cubes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream. Makes 6 servings Source: Unknown
