Directions Edit

  1. Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar.
  2. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Stir flour, baking powder, and salt into oil mixture.
  5. Chill several hours or overnight.
  6. Heat oven to 350°F.
  7. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioners' sugar.
  8. Roll in sugar; shape into balls.
  9. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until almost no imprint remains when touched lightly in center.
