  1. Boil the milk with the vanilla stick, cover and remove from heat.
  2. Separately, beat the yolks with the Sugar, add the chocolate melted with a tablespoon of warm water and beat again.
  3. Then add a little milk at a time.
  4. Without quitting stirring, set to boil.
  5. As soon as it comes to a boil remove from heat and refrigerate.
  6. When it is completely cold, remove the vanilla stick, mix well and freeze.
