1 (2 layer) chocolate cake mix

1/4 c. oil

2 eggs

1 1/3 c. water

12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (I use Nestle Semi-Sweet)

12 oz. jar Smuckers Chocolate Fudge Topping

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Chopped nuts (optional)

Pour oil into 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover bottom. Add cake mix, eggs and water and stir in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of cake, as many as will

fit. Bake in 350 degree F. oven 30 to 35 minutes.

Take cake from oven and let set for 5 to 10 minutes. Punch holes in cake with end of wooden spoon. Pour fudge topping into holes and over cake. Cool completely

on a rack. Frost with Cool Whip and garnish with nuts. Refrigerate. Enjoy.
