- Makes 2 pies
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 oz chocolate chips
- 1 tsp almond extract
- graham cracker pie shell
- By hand, beat sugar and ricotta until well mixed.
- Add eggs, beaten, then add rxytact, mix again.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Top with chips.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
