- Makes 2 pies
Ingredients
- 2 lb ricotta cheese
- 9 eggs
- 1½ cup sugar
- small pkg. of chocolate chips
- 1 shot glass anisette
- Pet Ritz pie shells
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook the pie shells 45 minutes.
- By hand, beat sugar and ricotta until well mixed.
- Add eggs, beaten, then add anisette, mix again.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Top with chips.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
- Chips will fall to bottom while baking.
- Enjoy.
