- 3 Gallons shredded iceberg lettuce
- 3 Cups ranch dressing
- 1 Gallon diced tomato
- 4 ½ Pounds cooked Turkey, diced
- 12 California avocados (6 lbs.)
- 48 slices crisply cooked Bacon
- 48 toast points
Directions[]
Per order - toss 2 cups lettuce with 1 tablespoon dressing.
Arrange in a bed on a serving plate.
Arrange 1/2 cup tomato over lettuce, leaving a border of lettuce.
Repeat sequence with 2/3 cup Turkey and 1/2 avocado, diced.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon dressing.
Top with 2 slices Bacon.
Garnish with toast points
