Horseradish beet relish
Ingredients[]
- 1 lb of whole or sliced beets, cooked
- ½ jar ground horseradish (2 oz or so)
Directions[]
- Put into blender
- Process till ground up finely
- You can add vinegar but the prepared horseradish usually has enough
- Put into clean jar
- Let set in frig for a week before using.
