This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Chung Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1987.

  1. Simmer cranberries and water together.
  2. While simmering mash with potato masher then add sugar and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
