Ingredients[]
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oat bran
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp allspice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp arrowroot
- ¼ cup liquid sweetener
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tart apples, peeled and diced
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat the oven 400°F.
- Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.
- Combine them and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon into non-stick muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown on top.
