  • This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.

  1. Heat vinegar and honey in a heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves.
  2. Pour into bowl and cool.
  3. Whisk in mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt.
  4. Gradually whisk in oil.
