Ingredients[]
- 5 large ripe Hass Avocados
- 1 medium clove garlic, pressed
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 Pound fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ Cup sour cream
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp Tabasco sauce

- Mash ripe avocados with pastry blender or fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Serve garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
