If you're NOT into Cinnamon, this is NOT the French toast for you. It has a lot of cinnamon. It's usually served with banana slices that surround the plate. A mimosa in a champagne flute is a nice touch. Premium grade maple syrup is required.

- Bottle of Cinnamon
- 4-5 slices of bread (whole wheat or white works)

Directions[]
- Slice your banana into thin slices and dress your plate
- Put the frying pan on the grill and turn heat to medium and gently spray with olive oil or add a thick inch of butter into the frying pan.

- Briskly whisk the eggs with a whisker
- Add 2-3 cups of milk, whisk briskly
- Put out a healthy amount of cinnamon into the bowl of contents.
