- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 orange, peeled, sliced and quartered
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon orange peel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions[]
- Cook almonds in butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
- Add rice, orange, coconut, lemon peel, orange peel, salt, pepper, orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice; stir until thoroughly heated.
