- This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.
Ingredients[]
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
- ½-teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons salad or olive oil
Directions[]
- Measure lemon juice, lemon peel, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and garlic into a salad bowl.
- Mix with a fork until blended.
- Slowly add oil, beating with a fork until the mixture thickens.
- Or place all ingredients in a jar and shake well until blended.
