Ingredients
- 1 shot of Irish whiskey
- 1 – 2 teaspoons of sugar
- coffee
- lightly whipped cream
Directions
- Warm whiskey and sugar in heat resistant glass and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add coffee.
- Carefully pour lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on the top.
- Sip hot coffee through the cool cream.
