  1. Slice 1 lemon into ⅛" slices.
  2. Place in large pitcher.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Press and stir lemon slices and sugar together until sugar is dampened with lemon juice and lemon rinds are well bruised.
  5. Let stand about 15 minutes.
  6. Squeeze juice from 3 lemons.
  7. Add lemon juice, water, ice, nutmeg and mint sprig to pitcher.
  8. Stir well to blend.
