- 1 – 2 chicken breasts
- 3 – 4 eggs, hard boiled
- 6 bacon slices, cooked crisp/crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 8 oz cheddar or Monterey jack, or blue cheese, shredded
- 1 romaine head, shredded
- Grill or sauté breasts and cut into strips.
- Line plates with lettuce and place ingredients on a diagonal; top with dressing of choice.
