Ingredients[]
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh horseradish
- 1 tablespoon V-8 juice
- ½ teaspoon Emeril’s Kick It Up Red Pepper Sauce or other hot pepper sauce
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions[]
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to blend.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. (The sauce will keep refrigerated for 2 days.)
