  1. Combine water & coconut.
  2. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Blend at high speed for a few seconds.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Blend till well mixed.
  6. Pour into a greased glass dish.
  7. Bake at 350f for 60-70 minutes.
  8. Cool on a wire rack & then chill in the fridge.
