Coconut Whipped Topping

1 pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup cream of coconut

Beat cream cheese in a bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in cream of coconut. Serve spooned on peach halves, pear halves, on cake squares or as a filling for cake layers. Delicious spread on toast, on fruited gelatin and as a hard sauce for hot plum pudding. Great as a dip for fresh hulled strawberries. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Source: Come Into the Kitchen
