  1. Dissolve coffee in water.
  2. Add coffee to marshmallow crème in lg bowl, mixing until well blended.
  3. Add whipping cream and liqueur; mix well.
  4. Pour into 9" sq pan; freeze until almost firm.
  5. Coarsely chop mixture; spoon into chilled bowl.
  6. Add hazelnuts.
  7. Beat with electric mixer until smooth; freeze.
