Coke Roast

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 jar chili sauce (12 oz) 1 can (12 oz) regular coke 1 beef brisket or roast

Mix soup, chili sauce and coke together. Pour over roast, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes per pound. Do not use foil with this because of coke. Source: The Best of the Best from Texas
