Blend 2 cups washed and hulled strawberries in processor or blender. Heat orange juice in saucepan. Place blended strawberries in strainer over orange juice and push through. Add tapioca, cinnamon, and Sugar. Let it thicken a little over heat. Add lemon juice and lemon zest from other half of lemon. Add buttermilk and heat for 1 minute. Refrigerate 8 hours. Serve in chilled bowls.
