This is a different and delicious recipe to make for your whole family. When you have to go get the kids from school, run some errands, and go grocery shopping, who has the time to cook? With this recipe, just whip it up before you leave and it's ready when your ready. I would highly recommend this dish to all busy moms.
Ingredients[]
- 4 cup tomato juice
- 2 cup unsweetened yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbl olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbl finely chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
Directions[]
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the coriander leaves. Chill in a refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Place in serving bowls and garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
- Serves 6 to 8.
