Company Scrambled Eggs

1 jar sliced dried beef, rinsed, chopped (2.5 oz) 1 cup sliced mushrooms 4 T. margarine 6 eggs 1/3 cup milk Dash salt Dash pepper 1 T. chopped parsley

In skillet, cook dried beef and mushrooms in 3 T. margarine for 10 minutes. Remove mixture. Keep warm. add remaining margarine to pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pan. Cook slowly stirring until eggs are thickened but moist. Remove to serving plate. top with dried beef mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
