Coney Island Chili Sauce

1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 garlic clove, minced 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz) 1/4 cup water 1/2 to 3/4 t. chili powder, or more to taste

Mix beef, onion and garlic in large skillet over medium high heat. Stir until mixture is finely crumbled. Pour off any fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve at once. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
