  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add Mushrooms, carrots and onions.
  3. Saute until Mushrooms are lightly browned.
  4. Stir in rice, Turkey, soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper.
  5. Cook until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes
