Ingredients
- 3 slices Bacon, diced
- 3 cups hot cooked rice, (cooked in chicken broth)
- 1 4-ounce can sliced Mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup cooked green peas
- 1/4 cup diced pimientos
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Cook Bacon until crisp. Drain off excess fat. Add rice, Mushrooms, Peas, pimientos, chives, salt and pepper to pan; heat thoroughly
