Description
Congo Chewies are similar to Congo bars
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup margarine, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2-3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine melted margarine and brown sugar. Mix in the rest of ingredients, Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool, cut into 2" squares.
