  1. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. In saucepan, add margarine, oil, water, and cocoa.
  4. Bring to a boil and add to flour mixture; stir well.
  5. Add eggs, buttermilk, and baking soda.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

Icing Edit

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Frost cake as soon as it is taken out of oven.
